  We, Abdullah the Second Ibn Al-Hussein, King of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, according to Article (31) of the Constitution and on the basis of the Cabinet Resolution of 10/04/2007, we put into effect the following regulation :
 

 Regulation No. (45) Of the year 2007 
Civil Aviation Charges Regulation   

Issued According to Article (86) of Civil Aviation Law No. (50) of the year 1985
